There are no steps at either end of the Market and public spaces inside the Market are step-free. The Market Road (middle pathway between the shops and stalls) is wide to accommodate visitors with wheelchairs and/or pushchairs, however some trader units have raised thresholds so please check with individual traders for accessibility.
Public toilets will be installed at Shepherd’s Bush Market in June 2021. Until then, the nearest public toilets are located at Shepherd’s Bush train station.
