About your host, Nazareth: “I started with Delina Ethiopian Food as an Ethiopian street food stall in West London in 2013. I travelled around the local markets in Hammersmith, Fulham and Shepherd’s Bush with Ethiopian recipes. Since then, I have travelled nationally, worked with large catering companies, offices and food markets around the UK to introduce the taste of Ethiopia. Now we have a wonderful new space in Shepherd’s Bush Market. We offer a place to eat, drink and gather, and run authentic Ethiopian and Eritrean cooking classes for people who are interested in learning how to cook nutritious tasty meals.”​About the jazz trio: Tommaso Starace – Saxophones Terence Collie – Piano Nick Lenner-Webster – Double Bass Tommaso Starace, who leads the trio, was born in Milan and came to Britain in 1995, graduating with a First in Music at the Birmingham Conservatoire and then with a post grad degree in Jazz Studies at the Guildhall in London. He runs British and Italian bands and has recorded several much-lauded albums. He’s also appeared with leading musicians Kenny Wheeler, Stan Sulzmann, Billy Cobham, Dave Liebman, and Jim Mullen.
