Shepherd’s Bush Market is proud to host one of the most thought-provoking and culturally rich charity events in West London. Friday Night Lights – Vol. 3 brings together storytelling, music, art, and film in support of mental health awareness across the boroughs of Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow.
Curated by Munchie Lunchie Productions in collaboration with HFEH Mind, this edition of Friday Night Lights explores the theme Mental Health Through Trauma & Healing. The evening will take place at Unit 156 in Shepherd’s Bush Market, turning a well-known local venue into a hub for creativity and resilience.
This month’s event includes a powerful lineup. Expect a screening of What if We Were Happy? by Julie-Yara Atz, a dramatic performance of Hiroshima by Ruth O’Callaghan, and live painting with DCN Studio. Live monologues from The Metaphorest and Andrew Horner will explore topics like identity, memory and generational healing.
Art lovers can also enjoy works from Evgeniya Strygina, La Plante Carnivore, and Daniela Cezara Nikola. The evening rounds off with live music from The Living Room Collective and a community-driven atmosphere that continues to make Friday Night Lights a key part of the West London charity event scene.
All proceeds support HFEH Mind, a local mental health charity helping thousands each year. Tickets range from £10 to £16, with student discounts available.
