Scott Winston is a seasoned food retail expert and buyer with over 30 years’ experience working at the sharp end of some of the UK’s most iconic food retailers—Harrods, Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, and Harvey Nichols. From launching award-winning own-label ranges to building standout food experiences, Scott has spent his career championing quality, innovation and great storytelling in food.
As co-founder of The Camden Grocer—a premium, independent food store in Camden Market—and a long-standing Great Taste Awards judge and panel speaker, Scott knows what it takes to bring a food brand to life and onto the shelves of leading retailers.
Today, through his consultancy work and as a mentor with The Seed Fund, he helps emerging food and drink brands navigate the complex retail landscape, fine-tune their product-market fit, and pitch with confidence.
