If you’re looking for the best things to do in West London in August, you’ve landed in the right place. Shepherd’s Bush Market is hosting a range of exciting events – packed with creative energy and community spirit. Whether you’re planning an educational day out for children, want to support local causes, or simply fancy soaking up some Carnival colour, Shepherd’s Bush Market has something to offer you.
On Friday 8th August, Shepherd’s Bush Market will host the third edition of Friday Night Lights, a powerful multi-disciplinary event championing mental health awareness. Organised by Munchie Lunchie Productions in collaboration with HFEH Mind, this charity night combines storytelling, live music, performance art, and film.
Expect thought-provoking contributions including What If We Were Happy? by Julie-Yara Atz and Hiroshima by Ruth O’Callaghan. Plus, enjoy live painting, artistic showcases, and music from The Living Room Collective at Unit 156 at the Market.
All proceeds support HFEH Mind, which works across Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, and Hounslow.
